Unsere Küche ist von morgens 7.30 Uhr bis abends um 21.00 Uhr geöffnet. Die Bar bleibt täglich bis mindestens 23.00 Uhr offen . Warum alle so glücklich aussehen fragt Ihr Euch? Natürlich weil alle Ihre Arbeit lieben, wir ein super Team haben und es Spaß macht mit seinen Kollegen zusammen zu arbeiten. Hilfreichere und freundlichere Menschen werdet Ihr selbst auf Saba kaum finden. Wir hatten schon Taucher die selbst für einen Putzfrauen Job hier bleiben wollten (Koblenzer sage ich nur ;-) so schön ist es.

Artistic creativity and an obsession for food decoration and use of fresh Saba produce. Shops a lot at the Saba organic farm and is well-known for his Sushi/Sashimi nights, German home style specials and much more. Watch this one: Mousse au chocolate & Tiramisu and especially the Apple strudel mmmmhhhhh. Also his giant Wiener Schnitzels and the Braised Beef Rolls are an absolute must and a legend on Saba. His nights are Wednesdays & Thursdays.

Serves up the best breakfast & lunch on Saba! Our longterm employee Chantalle is a great chef and mom. Her Spanish omlettes and caribbean breakfast are a legend and her Caribbean salt fish is is delicious.

Friendly Service from a hard worker. Janet is cleaning, mopping, washing and more the whole day. She does what nobody else can do: make up your room and clean it properly on a daily basis.
