Our Kitchen is open from 7.30am till 9.00pm, serving breakfast till 11.30am, lunch from 11.30am till 6.00pm and dinner from 6.00pm till 9.00pm (Bar open until 11.00pm plus), and is the hardest working facility on the island by far... Why are they all looking so happy you ask? Why... well because they love their work of course! A friendly and more helpful bunch of folks you're unlikely to meet. A great team and great personalities.

Hensley from Curacao is well known for his Caribbean cooking on Saba. Creole, interbnational and home styled cooking is no problem for this kitchen allrounder. A friend of TJ's, Hensley cooks 5 times a week at Scouts his delicious creations.

Artistic creativity and an obsession for food decoration and use of fresh produce. Shops a lot at the Saba organic farm and is well-known for his Sushi/Sashimi nights, German home style specials and much more. Watch this one (not a weight watcher item though ;-): Mousse au chocolate & Tiramisu mmmmhhhhh but also his giant Wiener Schnitzels are an absolute must.
