Our Kitchen is open from 7.30am till 9.00pm, serving breakfast till 11.00am, lunch from 11.00am till 6.00pm and dinner from 6.30pm till 9.00pm (Bar open until 11.30pm), 365 days a year, and is the hardest working facility on the island by far... Why are they all looking so happy you ask? Why... Well because they love their work of course! A friendly and more helpful bunch of folks you're unlikely to meet.

We are very happy that we have found Macks ;-) This is the right guy for Scout's Place and Saba. Macks is a Canadian and has lived for about 10 years in the Cayman Islands. Exactly on Little Cayman. He is a award-winning chef and will bring a new and fresh approch to our kitchen. Macks is a hard worker with a very friendly personality. His cooking skills are amazing and we are looking forward to his new menu. Soon we will let you know more about Macks and the prizes that he won while working on the Cayman Islands.

Pierreline is working for us for some years now and she is a great asset to our kitchen. Pierreline has learned many things from our main chefs Wolfgang, TJ and Norbert over the years and brings a wide knowledge about Caribbean cooking and Haitian recepies. With her freindly attitude Pierreline will cook for you as good as it gets.
