Dinner Menu:
TJ & Wolfgang are prepared to serve a changing surprise menu and we are sure you will be delighted. We are no offering an overpriced nouvelle cuisine menu rather fair priced, delicious and fresh food everybody can effort and enjoy while on Saba.
TJ is a great chef from the Dutch province of Friesland and a longtime chef at Scout's Place & Saba in general. Everybody likes his cooking style, home made Lobster bisques, apple tarts & more. Wolfgang himself, besides his jobs as the owner of Scout's Place & Saba Divers, together with his wife Barbara, has reinvented his chef profession and as an artist & creative person creates great food dishes. His motto: give always more than your customers expect from you &.......... the eye eats too.
