Onze keuken is open vanaf 7.30 uur tot 21.00 uur. U kunt ontbijten van 7.30 uur tot 11.30 uur, lunchen vanaf 11.30 uur tot 18.00 uur, en ons diner is van 18.00 uur tot 21.00 uur. de bar is elke dag geopent tot 23.00 uur plus.
Het is een van de best lopende restaurants van dit eiland, en dit hebben wij te danken aan ons vriendelijke en hardwerkende team!

Hensley from Curacao is well known for his Caribbean cooking on Saba. Creole, interbnational and home styled cooking is no problem for this kitchen allrounder. A friend of TJ's, Hensley cooks 5 times a week at Scouts his delicious creations.

Nationality:German

Artistic creativity and an obsession for food decoration and use of fresh produce. Shops a lot at the Saba organic farm and is well-known for his Sushi/Sashimi nights, German home style specials and much more. Watch this one (not a weight watcher item though ;-): Mousse au chocolate & Tiramisu mmmmhhhhh but also his giant Wiener Schnitzels are an absolute must and Dutch people come in groups to get it on a weekly basis ;-).
